c3

We're building a spatial intelligence data layer to guard the real world.

c3 is a software company building a data intelligence layer for the real world, based in London and Kyiv. We are building a technical team to focus on research and development of our proprietary systems. Roles advertised are office-based in Kyiv.

Open Roles

  • CTO / Lead Architect Kyiv

    • You've architected and shipped production data infrastructure from the ground up - you know what it takes to build systems that are fast, verifiable, and built to last
    • You think across the full stack - data pipelines, ML systems, distributed infrastructure, and cryptographic integrity - and you make the hard architectural calls that compound over time
    • You've led small founding engineering teams where every hire matters and technical decisions are irreversible
    • You're drawn to problems at the frontier of spatial computing, sensing, and real-world data - and you want to own the technical vision of something that doesn't exist yet
  • Senior ML / Computer Vision Engineer Kyiv

    • Commercial experience building and deploying computer vision and spatial reasoning systems in production - this is not a research role
    • You've worked with real-world physical data at scale - unstructured, messy, and captured in conditions you didn't control
    • Strong fundamentals in model evaluation, dataset quality, and output explainability - you know that trustworthy ML is harder than accurate ML
    • You're motivated by the idea that the physical world is underrepresented in data - and that fixing that is a genuinely hard, genuinely important problem
  • Senior Backend Engineer Kyiv

    • Deep experience designing systems where data integrity is non-negotiable - immutable records, verifiable state, and audit-trail architecture
    • Commercial experience with blockchain integration and anchoring patterns - you understand why cryptographic proof matters for real-world data systems
    • Strong AWS-native infrastructure background - you've shipped distributed pipelines that handle failure, scale, and consistency without compromise
    • You build for longevity, not velocity - you understand that a data layer is only as valuable as the trust placed in it
  • iOS Engineer Kyiv

    • Commercial experience building iOS applications that interact with the physical world - sensing, spatial capture, or real-time data collection in production
    • You've shipped within tight platform constraints and designed around them rather than against them - you treat limitations as architecture inputs
    • Strong fundamentals in on-device data integrity - capture, validation, upload, and graceful failure handling in environments you don't control
    • You understand that the capture layer is the foundation of everything - if the data coming in is wrong, nothing built on top of it can be trusted
